ADB is owned and managed by Noel Tobin. He qualified as an Architectural Technologist from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He also received a Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin and MSc in Planning & Development from Dublin Institute of Technology. Noel is a Technician member of the RIAI and a registered BER Assessor with SEAI.
He has extensive experience in the construction industry working on a variety of different construction projects in various roles. As an Architectural Technologist he worked with A&D Wejchert Architects on projects such as Blanchardstown Town Centre and Retail Park, UCC Student Centre, Hotel and Apparation Chapel in Knock Co. Mayo, Secondary School in Castleknock and office building in Dublin.
He also worked as Project Manager developing a number of  new stores for Primark throughout the UK and for Eircom managing their office accommodation and the development of their new headquarters building at Heuston, Dublin.

Noel now operates ADB who specialise in the  construction of one off house extensions, refurbishments and energy efficiency upgrades. ADB also undertake office refurbishments, retail fit-out, and extensions and refurbishment works to schools.
